I have a construction site. How will I be charged?

Construction site orders typically require a one month minimum, which includes delivery, removal and a weekly cleaning. We are able to accommodate early removal upon request. We bill on a industry standard 28 day billing cycle.

I am planning a weekend festival. When will my restrooms be delivered?

Orders for weekend events are typically delivered on Friday and removed on Monday.

Are there any additional charges for rush deliveries or removals?

The following deliveries may incur a charge in addition to the cost of renting the restroom:
Same day delivery.
Saturday delivery or removal.
Sunday delivery or removal

Upon delivery, where should my restrooms be placed?

All restrooms must be kept within 15 feet of a hard surface that can accommodate a commercial pump truck. We are unable to leave restrooms on any street or sidewalk.

During what hours are deliveries typically made?

Deliveries are typically made between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

When is payment due?

Payment in full is required before delivery. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card convenience charges may apply.

Can I meet the driver to show where to place the units?

Yes, upon request, Potty Pros can call an hour in advance of delivery, and the driver will meet you at your designated location.

What types of payment do you accept?

We Accept:

Major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express. Cards will be charged immediately upon placing the order.

Money Orders or Cashier’s check – received at local branch at least 3 days before delivery.

Personal Check – only if received and processed through bank at least 1 week before the event.

Can I rent a portable restroom for just one day?

Yes! Our Deluxe portable toilets or porta potty are great for weekend parties, or even a one day party. It is always best to call at least two days prior to your event to ensure proper delivery times of your porta potty.

How do you keep the water from freezing in the tanks in the colder temperatures?

At Potty Pros we have several different ecologically friendly anti-freezing agent options to keep the water from freezing in the tanks during the winter months. The anti-freeze agent is mixed in with the deodorizing water that is placed in the tank and works to keep the water fluid and unfrozen during the colder temperatures of the year. All products used are acceptable to wastewater facilities.

How do you cut down on the odors and germs within the portable unit?

Potty Pros not only pumps out the holding tank and cleans the inner bowl of the unit but also provides meticulous cleaning service both inside and out. Our employees clean and sanitize the portable restrooms at each service which includes washing with soap and water. We also provide a special detergent in the water, which acts not only as a sanitizer but deodorizer as well to keep the unit smelling great while reducing exposure to germs.

Will the porta potties be clean for my event?

Yes! Our Event Only portable toilets are reserved only for special events and parties, and have never been at a construction site. After there life cycle of doing events they are then rotated into our construction fleet.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a portable toilet?

During peak times of the year we often sell out of our portable toilets, porta potties and restroom trailers. To ensure we can service you it is best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible. At a minimum it is best to place your order for portable toilet service at least 48 hours in advance. For large special events or job sites, a week or more lead time is advisable. For urgent needs we are often able to deliver toilets the same day for an extra delivery charge.

Where does the waste go after it has been pumped from our rented unit?

The waste water from your porta potty is taken to local waste water facilities and disposed of according to the regulations, procedures and sanitary conditions required by the facilities.

What color restrooms do you have available?

Our standard color is blue. But we also do have a large amount of various colors such as pink, grey, green, white, brown, etc. If you have a special color request we will try our hardest to fill it.

Do I need to supply my own toilet paper and paper towels?

No. We supply everything for our units. 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, for our standard restroom. For our Sinks and VIP units we provide water, hand soap, hand sanitizer and paper towels. All of our units are completely self-contained and will be ready for your event after we leave.
